We shall reflect on God's call to Jeremiah, Jesus's call of the first disciples, Paul's "blinding light" and God's on-going call to each one of us. Race for Life So it was that I completed my third "Race for Life". I stopped for breath just nearing the top of the "hill" towards the end of the circuit. (From there on it's all downhill). The weeks of training were worth it. I finished in 30 minutes. But most of all my thanks must go to each and every one of you who most generously sponsored me in this race. You helped me raise an unbelievable £153 for Cancer Research U.K. Thank you all so very much. I'm "resting" now but hope to take up the challenge again next year.
