We grow our grapes using sustainable principles of low chemical input and make our wine on the estate with minimal intervention so that we are as close to the age-old traditions as possible, always keeping quality and the expression of our own terroir as the ultimate goal. Good drinking now but will soften and improve with bottle maturation Summer White A blend of Chenin and Chardonnay showing good fruit and acid but having a slightly sweet finish resulting in an easy drinking style that will further improve with a few years bottle ageing Chardonnay Light peachy/melon fruits with a subtle hint of oak have produced a full flavoured wine, which is good drinking now but will improve with bottle maturation for 3-5 years Cabernet/Merlot A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The up front berry fruit of the Merlot softens the chocolate/plum characters of the Cabernet fruit. Combined with one year's Nevers Oak maturation the result is a full flavoured wine that will improve in the bottle for at least six years
