Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD)
Another PsychoHeresy!*
"Christian" psychology has once again joined hands with the world. Christians are actively involved with alleged multiple personalities, both as therapists and as patients. Besides following the world in diagnosis and treatment, they may add exorcism and/or a new kind of evangelism that seeks to save each and every alternate personality just to be sure the entire person will go to heaven.
Since Christians are diagnosing and treating other Christians as if they have "multiple personality disorder" (MPD), we must ask two questions: (1) Is MPD a scientifically established diagnosis or is it the latest fad in the mysterious world of psychology and psychiatry?; and
(2) Can one remain true to Biblical orthodoxy while combining it with secular MPD diagnosis and treatment? MPD is one of the most fascinating and seemingly mind-boggling psychiatric phenomena today. It is also one of the fastest growing segments of psychiatric consumerism. Its growth parallels the booming business of recovering (or constructing) memories of abuse and satanic ritual abuse (SRA) . They go together. Consider the case of Lucy Abney, who entered treatment for depression and ended up with 100 alternate personalities after two years of therapy. Besides developing so-called MPD, Abney "relived" such horrendous "memories" as sacrificing three of her children and drinking blood. Although Abney admits that "the memories were very real, very vivid," she has concluded they were not based on reality. They were fantasy.1

Multiple Personality Disorder
Boris Shusteff February 7, 2005 There have been stories throughout history of people who have behaved strangely, and who were later unable to recall their actions. But the first medical studies of what we now call Multiple Personality Disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder (MPD/DID) did not appear until the 1800s. It was regarded as a very atypical medical oddity, and by 1944 only 76 documented cases of MPD were documented worldwide. By 1984 the number of reported cases had jumped to a thousand, and by 1989 to four thousand. Just between 1985 and 1995 40,000 people were diagnosed with this disease. However, in the mid 1990s the number of active cases of MPD/DID abruptly decreased, as belief in the illness become less common and most or all MPD/DID clinics in North America were closed down. The main reason for this strange jump and subsequent decline of the illness is the existence of two conflicting views of the disorder. One school of thought sees MPD/DID as a valid common diagnosis of an illness that it believes is "induced by extreme, repeated, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse during early childhood." According to the other view, "MPD/DID is a psychological fad". Those who defend this approach think that "the illness does not occur naturally and is a therapist-induced disorder, unknowingly created by the interaction of a therapist and patient." To put it differently, people diagnosed with the illness are victims of bad therapy, rather than MPD itself. According to the proponents of this view "If true MPD exists, it is an extremely rare phenomenon, affecting perhaps fewer than a dozen people in North America."

First posting March 4, 1999 As within sects, cults and religions, there are also people within the Illuminati who have left the Black Order. Due to this, revealing data have leaked regarding the true nature within the secret society of the Illuminati, and what has come out is horrifying! Fritz Springmeier is one of the persons who have taken care of the renegades and tried to help them back to a normal life - if it's possible. You may ask, why should somebody want to help those people, who have done so much harm? Well, I will tell you why, but first we need to know what is going on inside the Order - on the highest echelons of Satanism. Almost all high level people within the Illuminati have MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder). This means the person switches between different personalities (like a Schizophrenic or a Quadraphonic). This is absolutely necessary if you practice high level Satanism, because if you couldn't switch you would probably die from the horrible rituals. You have to disassociate. The reason for those terrible rituals is to gain occult powers.

What needs to be challenged is the concept that only a certain type of person, with specific approved beliefs, can be sane or healthy, rather than merely attempt to get multiplicity accepted as falling within this concept of the healthy person. - Shiu, Amorpha
- Think about this: - A group of persons individuals with their own voices, names and histories perhaps able to communicate with each other, and interacting with the everyday world through a single human body. Not merely a diagnosis. Not a pathological disorder, and not always a defense against childhood trauma. Not MPD/DID. These are the labels that the psychiatric community uses to describe something it can't understand. Is it possible that multiple personality is not always caused by childhood trauma?

-Georg Christoph Lichtenberg, Aphorisms F 134 Multiple-personality disorder is just what it sounds like: a clinical psychiatric condition whose sufferers exhibit more than one apparent personality in a single body. Some therapists claim over a hundred personalities in one body, which may present themselves as differing from the body in age, appearance, sex, language and even species. (Some therapists claim to have uncovered vegetable and even inanimate personalities.) I have tried to use language as neutral about this as possible, since there is a great deal of controversy about what, exactly, is going on in these lunatics, and even what they should be called. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, that judicious compromise between clinical knowledge, professional politics and random social prejudice, in the new fourth edition has eliminted ``multiple personality disorder'' and put ``disssociative identity disorder'' in its place. The popular name is still ``schizophrenia,'' but that properly belongs to another mental disorder altogether, and one with, ironically, a much firmer grip in reality. William

multiple personality, a very rare psychological disorder in which a person has two or more distinct personalities, each with its own thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior. The personalities often are direct opposites and dominate at different times, with abrupt transitions triggered by distressful events or memories. Each may be entirely unaware of the other but aware of unexplained gaps in remembered time. In psychiatry the condition is known as dissociative identity disorder. The term “split personality,” denoting schizophrenia , refers to an unrelated disorder in which the split (separation) is between thought and feeling. Multiple personality was first recognized and described by the French physician Pierre Janet in the late 19th cent. Public awareness of the disorder increased in contemporary times after a case was the subject of

We hate to sound like your parents, but you must take responsibility for your actions. Steal from the grocery store, go to jail. Double park, pay the ticket. But why doesn't this simple principle apply to corporations and their executives? As of this writing, of all of the U.S. corporate financial crimes committed that have cost hundreds of billions of dollars over the past couple of years, only two top level executives are in prison. That's it two. Now, ask yourself, if working class people committed crimes that cost hundreds of billions of dollars inconceivable as it is how many would be in prison? The whole lot of them. So, how is it that corporations and their executives get away with it? It's the nature of the beast. And perhaps that's why we should consider doing away with it the corporation that is. Let's say that a corporation is caught fixing its books, committing in effect a $2.7 billion fraud. That would be a case similar to HealthSouth.

First, Garth Brooks wanted to be a baseball player . Now, he wants to be some guy named Chris Gaines. The jock thing didn't work out , but Gaines is a lock. All right, you finally ask, WHO THE #*$% IS CHRIS GAINES?!? He was a pop/rock superstar of the 1980s and 1990s who played in the three-piece band Crush before embarking on a solo career. He's also a figment of Brooks' active imagination. Gaines, you see, is a secret identity Brooks is adopting for In the Life... Think David Bowie doing Ziggy Stardustminus the glitter. The 14-song collection, due in stores October 5 (pushed back from June 29), will cover Gaines' fictional career and feature his "greatest hits." The first single, "Lost in You," will be shipped to Top 40 and adult-contemporary radio stations in August. "Chris Gaines exists," Brooks said at a Los Angeles press conference. "It's weird, [but] if you'll go for the ride, you can actually accept that his voice does sound younger on the older stuff."

(formerly Multiple Personality Disorder) Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), previously referred to as multiple personality disorder (MPD), is a dissociative disorder involving a disturbance of identity in which two or more separate and distinct personality states (or identities) control the individual's behavior at different times. When under the control of one identity, the person is usually unable to remember some of the events that occurred while other personalities were in control. The different identities, referred to as alters, may exhibit differences in speech, mannerisms, attitudes, thoughts, and gender orientation. The alters may even differ in "physical" properties such as allergies, right-or-left handedness, or the need for eyeglass prescriptions. These differences between alters are often quite striking. The person with DID may have as few as two alters, or as many as 100. The average number is about 10. Often alters are stable over time, continuing to play specific roles in the person's life for years. Some alters may harbor aggressive tendencies, directed toward individuals in the person's environment, or toward other alters within the person. At the time that a person with DID first seeks professional help, he or she is usually not aware of the condition. A very common complaint in people with DID is episodes of amnesia, or time loss. These individuals may be unable to remember events in all or part of a proceeding time period. They may repeatedly encounter unfamiliar people who claim to know them, find themselves somewhere without knowing how they got there, or find items that they don't remember purchasing among their possessions.

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is characterized by a pattern of frequent, persistent worry and anxiety , about several different events or activities. The symptoms last at least 6 months.
    Alternative Names
    GAD; Anxiety disorder
    Causes
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a common condition. It is characterized by excessive anxiety and worry, which is out of proportion to the impact of the event or circumstance that is the focus of the worry. For example, while college students often worry about tests, a student who constantly worries about failure despite getting consistently good grades has the pattern of worry typical of this disorder. The person finds it difficult to control the worry. The cause of GAD is not known, but biological and psychological factors play a role. Stressful life situations or maladaptive behavior, acquired through learning, may also contribute to GAD. The disorder may start at any time in life, including childhood. Most patients with the disorder report that they have been anxious for as long as they can remember. GAD occurs somewhat more often in women than in men.
