R&R agencies also help to coordinate local child care training efforts and serve as a clearinghouse for training information. Lending libraries of training resource guides, books, and toys for child care providers also are maintained. NACCRRA also offers a phone service that parents can call to find their local R&R (1-800-424-2246). "Learning Options" is a series of online courses that NACCRRA offers for child care professionals.

These classes are for parents and their 9 to 12 year-old children.
