Intramural Sports IM General Information Intramural Sports Guide WMU Intramural Sports
Intramural Sports are designed for WMU students, faculty/staff and members of the SRC. Program offerings include both team and individual sports. Through University Recreation, intramural sport participation provides opportunities for individuals to act in and react to sports experiences which will help develop leadership and team building skills. Intramural experiences allow participants to set goals, relate to others, participate in physical activity, and enrich their lives. Please review the Intramural Sports Guide if you plan to participate in any IM activities.

Approval of the Minutes of the 1999 AGM
It was noted by Mr. Recoing that the Minutes did not reflect the thanks expressed by those present at the 1999 AGM to Ms. Wyatt for all her hard work during her years as President. Other than that, the Minutes were approved by all present.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer noted that the club was doing well financially with over CHF 3,000.00 in the account. To date, 16 members had already paid their fees and the remaining members were expected to pay soon. The Treasurer informed those present that the three major expenses for the year, namely the rental of the two gyms and the membership fee for the Championnat Relax, were already paid.
Purchase of new equipment
It was decided to purchase the following equipment:
  • a new scoredboard two new match balls (multicoloured) one setter ball a present for the concierge of the College des Coudriers at Christmas time new match shirts:
    • members will have the option of ordering long-sleeved shirts 10 -15 extra shirts will be ordered for future members the shirts will be sold at CHF 25.00
