What sets MMA apart from other schools?
The Marine Military Academy is the only private school in the world based on the traditions, values and ideals of the United States Marine Corps. Although academics are the backbone of any educational organization, leadership is the muscle here at MMA. Cadets learn through a structured, traditional military school environment self-discipline, teamwork, motivation, how to follow, and how to lead. Also, the establishment of a separate and distinct School of Leadership Studies is unique among all other secondary, military boarding schools in the country.
What is the annual tuition for a new student for an academic year?
The cost for a new student for the 2005-2006 academic years is $23,000. That figure includes tuition, room, board, uniforms, laundry, linens, and cleaning fees. In addition, there is a $100 non-refundable application fee and a one-time $750 reservation deposit due upon acceptance. However, Tuition must be re-evaluated each academic year in an effort to maintain the high standards we demand for the Cadets with constant vigilance to provide an affordable quality education. For accurate tuition financial information, please contact the Admissions Office.
