2004 Nonpartisan Candidate Environmental Leadership Trainings
VCEF designed and implemented a Nonpartisan Candidate Environmental Leadership Training this Spring. VCEF targeted three areas of the state where there are legislators who do not vote favorably for clean air, clean water and open space. The purpose of the Nonpartisan Candidate ELI is to encourage, train and mobilize participants to develop their leadership potential and become active in the decision making process from the local level to the state level. The candidate-training program targeted the counties of Washington/Orange, Windham/Bennington, and Addison/Rutland.
