Energy Solutions started its Independent Consultancy Operations in Ukraine late 2000. The original objective of International Business Solutions was to provide assistance that new business needs to get started in Ukraine. Not a legal firm or what others might consider business assistance, we are more of a team on the ground that helps you keep the ball rolling on your project. Someone who can understand your needs and desires and help you make it happen.
Energy Solutions can provide technical assessments of manufacturing facilities and large operations by using a blend of local engineers and talent from abroad. We can also help someone get assistance of the ministries in a normal, upright fashion. Energy Solutions is not restricted to just Energy Projects.
International Business Solutions stretched into new areas, namely Investment assistance, export, agent services and BTL, simply by those who have worked here. Those employees who have worked with IBS, past and present have left their mark. We found the key to business in Ukraine is to be flexible. Remember what you learned in the West and find the right avenue to apply it in the East. Ukraine is going through many positive changes, but there is a lot of work to do. If you've considered doing business in Ukraine we can be an honest, good place to start.

Hopes fade for Ukraine survivors
Ukrainian miners brought to the surface after Sunday's explosion DONETSK, Ukraine (CNN) A fire raging deep underground in a Ukrainian coal mine has thwarted efforts to rescue 10 miners trapped after an explosion which killed at least 36 and injured 43. Hopes are fading for those trapped as the blaze forced officials to call off the rescue efforts on Monday. The methane and coal-dust explosion ripped through a shaft in the Zasyadko mine near the centre of the eastern city of Donetsk on Sunday. "We can't continue to work down there until the fire has been localised," said Serhiy Smolanov, head of the rescue team on Monday. "At best it will take two days to isolate the fire." As distraught relatives of the missing men gathered at the entrance to the mine, Smolanov said the chances of rescuing those missing were almost zero. "A decision has been made to isolate the dangerous parts with concrete bulkheads, into which an inert gas will be pumped," he told Reuters.

Neglect 'caused' Ukraine mine fire
Ukraine's mines have one of the highest accident rates in the world DONETSK, Ukraine Two more people have died from a fire in a coal mine in Ukraine that officials said was probably caused by complacency and neglect, bringing the death toll to 35. Preliminary investigations found that a malfunctioning conveyor at the Ukraina mine in the eastern town of Ukrainsk on Sunday caused its line to catch fire 1,155 feet (350 metres) underground, filling the shaft with smoke, officials said. Seventy-nine miners were rescued. Rescue teams initially found the bodies of 33 workers, all of whom had died from suffocation. Another body was found on Monday and one miner died in hospital, trade union leader Viktor Vernykovskyi told The Associated Press. Nine miners remain in hospital of whom two are in critical condition, he said. Victims from the country's worst mine accident this year ranged in age from 21 to 72.

    Ukraine delays no confidence vote
Yushchenko delivers a speech in front of boxes containing pro-reformist petitions KIEV, Ukraine The Ukrainian parliament has postponed setting a date for a no-confidence vote in reformist Prime Minister Viktor Yushchenko. Leaders of the major political factions are now expected to meet on Monday to try to schedule the Communist-sponsored vote. Yushchenko, the country's main champion of liberal economic reform, has said he believes his government will lose the vote. "This government should be retained because of its value and effectiveness. But I am convinced that it will not be retained," he said. The decision to hold the vote was decided during a stormy debate where parliament condemned the premier's policies and economic reforms. The no-confidence vote, to be held before April 26, is likely to have wider implications for Ukraine.
