This Web site is authored by David H. Thomas, a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and a member of the Colorado Bar, and Dan Thomas, an advertising copywriter, and their father, Jack C. Thomas, who devoted his professional life to the fields of transportation and hazardous materials shipping.
