UK DRUNK DRIVER ACCIDENT COMPENSATION CLAIMS
UK Lawyers represent the injured victims of negligent drivers in drunk driver accident compensation claims throughout the United Kingdom on a no win no fee basis. If the other driver has been identified then compensation for the pain and suffering of personal injury and all other losses is always paid in full with no deductions whatsoever. Our lawyers do not require you to pay anything at all to them throughout the course of the claim and no win no fee claims handled by UK Lawyers are genuinely risk free. Effects of Alcohol And Drink Driving Law Even small amounts of alcohol can impair mental ability and as little as 1 Unit can affect judgment of the speed and distance of oncoming vehicles. How alcohol affects each person varies depending on whether they're male or female, their weight and size and how much and how recently they have eaten. Only time can dispose of alcohol and it takes about one hour to dispose of one unit. If twelve units are drunk over three hours, three of the units will probably have been disposed of or absorbed by the end of the period leaving nine units still in the blood. Another nine hours will have to elapse before the body is alcohol free and driving could be affected during all of that period. Alcohol consumption means that vision will become less sensitive to red light including brake lights and traffic lights. Concentration will be severely impaired and it will take longer to react to fluctuating conditions and emergencies therefore increasing stopping distance and greatly increasing the risk of a drunk driver accident.
