We are a non-profit organization with written by-laws that describe how we operate. We meet as a whole at least 3 times a year to give everyone at Hill a chance bring up issues, share successes, and vote on leadership and annual budget. A Steering Committee of the PTO meets almost monthly to plan, manage events and fundraisers, coordinate with committees, and accomplish business.
