Ingredients: Mustard
Instructions Rub mustard on sunburn. Let it dry. This will pull the heat out and help it tan. Date: Friday, July 15, 2005

Country of Remedy: USA
Ingredients: Warm water, Soap, Aloe with no additives
Instructions: I was told, for 1st degree burns, take a warm shower and wash with soap. This should remove all the dead skin and the warm water will open up your pores so your skin can breath. If you use cold water your pores close and the heat stays in.After shower, dry and apply Aloe. Finally, never apply anything with alcohol such as solorcane (sp?). It stops the burn, but dries your skin.If there is a constant pain I have used the cold tea mentioned by others, but I found that a warm shower the first day always prevents the pain.If you have second degree burns or worse (blisters, oozing skin) seek
medical attention. Date: Thursday, May 19, 2005

Dietary protection against sunburn (with recipe)
Janet Raloff Nothing tastes more like summer, to this inveterate gardener, than a home-grown, vine-ripened tomato. As a child, on a sweltering August afternoon, I used to swipe one from our garden to nibble slowly in the backyard. Or I’d share a bright red Beefsteak with mom. Slathered with mayonnaise and nestled on a bed of lettuce between slices of bread, it made a great summer sandwich.
But never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that tomatoes might offer summertime health benefits to a sunburn-prone towhead like me. Yet that’s just what a European research team reports this month in the Journal of Nutrition . The catch: Such benefits depend on cooking the tomatoes or their juice before eating them. Tomatoes derive their rich color from carotenoids—beta-carotene, lutein, and especially lycopene. The last of these is an especially potent antioxidant, able to quench biologically damaging free radicals. These molecular fragments are spawned by natural processes, disease, and a number of environmental insults—including overexposure to the sun.

Each 956A warship is armed with eight supersonic 3M82 Moskit sea-skimming missiles (NATO code-name SS-N-22 "Sunburn"). The 3M82 MOSKIT anti-ship missile is produced by the Raduga Machine Building Design Bureau located in Dubna. Raduga developed the widely exported SS-N-2 Styx missile which sank an Israeli destroyer during the six day war. The Raduga Moskit anti-ship missile is perhaps the most lethal anti-ship missile in the world. The MOSKIT is designed to fly as low as 9 feet at over 1,500 miles per hour, faster than a rifle bullet. The missile uses a violent pop-up maneuver for its terminal approach to throw off Phalanx and other anti-missile defense. CLICK HERE TO GET ALL THE SUNBURN DOCUMENTS ON-LINE NOW OR ON CD!

Sun Avoid getting sunburn on sensitive areas lips, scalp, face and neck If you find yourself with a case of sunburn, try using a topical anesthetic
http://www.lanakids.com/sun.html
So Don't Burn... While you may think it is impossible, avoiding the sun's damaging rays is easier than ever, especially with a little preparation. Here are some ways to do so: Avoid getting sunburn on sensitive areas - lips, scalp, face and neck - by wearing protective lip balm, sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat. Even your eyes can be damaged by the sun. Kids can wear sunglasses, too! Look for shatter-resistant lenses that block UVA and UVB rays. Stay and play in the shade whenever possible. Don't rely on a T-shirt to keep the sun off your skin. A dry T-shirt alone only provides protection equal to a sunscreen with an SPF of 8. If kids swim with the T-shirt on, the wet shirt drops down to a protection level of SPF 4. (The shirts woven fibers allow sunlight to pass through it.) Therefore, put sunscreen all over your body, even if wearing a T-shirt. Avoid the sun between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., when its rays are strongest. Put sunscreen on, even when it is cloudy out, since the sun's rays can pierce through the clouds unknowingly, causing a sunburn even when you think you won't get one. HERE COMES THE SUN: SUNBURN PREVENTION Being outside in the hot, sunny weather is fun - who doesn't love summer vacation! But, when you're outdoors, even for short periods of time, the sun can be very damaging to your skin. This is especially true during the
