188. College Graduate Seeking Help
Recent college graduate needs help paying off $100,000 and raise funds for a postgraduate education.
http://webpages.charter.net/ktamblyn/index.html
After one year of asking for donations to support my college education on this website, I have not received any money, but rather, some notes from people with interesting comments. Good luck to all of you who have school loans. May we all win the lottery! I am off to Jamaica and then to London to continue my education and achieve a M.A. in International Service through the International Partnership for Service-Learning. I have learned in the 23 years of my life that the best remedy for success is happiness, ambition, and responsibility (which aren't necessarily mutually exclusive). Never have I expected people to help finance my education out of charity, but rather, I have expected myself to give to others. Whether it is money, food, a house to share, time, compassion, supplies...we need to build up this world with the resources that we do have. To resign a life to listlessness and indifference is to throw away the key to a rewarding personal life and a more unified world. With integrity, you and I can affect many people's futures and their present conditions. There is a lot that we can do - the local church needs you to teach Sunday school, the animal shelter needs you to walk their many dogs, the Red Cross needs your blood to save others' lives (maybe even your own child's). The servant Jesus Christ was poor but wise and strove daily to rid people of their ailings. Afterall, what is our purpose, why are we here? God bless.

Hello and thank you for taking your time to visit this site. Here is my story Hello My name Is Richard, I am 35 years old. I have a form of Muscular Dystrophy called (KW and or SMA3, Also Known As; Kugelberg - Welander Disease, or S pinal M uscular Atrophy type III You can read more on the right side about it. I now live in Arizona, transplanted from Southern California. My father retired in 2002. We, my mother, father, and myself moved here because the cost of living in Southern California was to high for a family on a fixed income. I am fully disabled and my father collects social security retirement. We are just barely getting by, and it's getting harder with the monthly medical bills. My father suffered a stroke April, 28th 2003 and rang up a rather large hospital bill. My mother is unable to work as she is my father's full time care giver. I have been reluctant about making this page and sharing my story with the world. But I am taped out of ideas. I am seeking donations to purchase a handicapped van with a wheel chair lift/ramp. Or a wheel chair lift for my car.

Life insurance touches nearly every man, woman and child in the country. Every week of the year, people buy almost a million life insurance policies.
What Is Life Insurance?
Insurance companies help take the financial sting out of a loss of life by collecting money from the subscribers to the program, investing the amount, and distributing a sum of money back to the subscriber or to the subscriber's estate after death. Financially, most people can justify the cost of having some life insurance. Life insurance is one means of adding to or building an estate. Life insurance also acts as a protection against loss of the insured's income or assets.
