He has worked with GIS for over fifteen years on a diversity of environmentally related projects and has published numerous articles on both GIS and remote sensing. He teaches both introductory and advanced courses in remote sensing and GIS. His interests include environmental monitoring, cartographic modeling, computer vision and digital image analysis.
