Isabelle and Paul Duchesnay
Paul was born in France. Isabelle was born in Canada. They were both raised in Canada and competed for same until they became dissatisfied with their progress. Feeling too restricted, they took advantage of Paul's dual citizenship and decided to compete for France in 1985, where success has brought them a rabid fan following. In the end, I find it totally irrelevant that they compete for France.

Last updated: September 18th, 2005 Another Chance for Manon and Forsyth
September 13, 2005 (Skate Today) - Lydia Manon looked like a favorite to represent the United States in ice dancing for the 2006 Olympic Games when she and Ryan O'Meara finished third at the 2005 U. S. Nationals. But the couple split soon after. Now she has another chance and so does her partner, Brandon Forsyth. He narrowly missed a chance in 2002, when he finished third with Jessica Joseph, one spot to low to go to the Olympics in Salt Lake City. But the couple are skating for their personal enjoyment as well as a chance to go to Torino. "Our partnership is for completely different reasons than just results," Forsyth said. "We're skating because we love doing it."

Amie Allnutt

Amie Allnutt, a member of Redwood Artistic Club in Redwood City, is a Regional competitor in Sophomore Pairs with partner, Andy Minieri. Amie also competes freestyle events. A student at Del Mar High School in San Jose, Amie began skating only seven years ago when her mother started her in "star" (beginner) classes. She enjoys skating for the space and freedom she feels when she skates and for the opportunity it gives her to keep in shape while having fun. When not skating, Amie can be found hanging out with friends or participating in school activities. Logan Boggs
Antoine Brooks

Antoine Brooks, a coach at Redwood Artistic Club in Redwood City, has been skating for "years," although, he declines to say just how many. During his competitive career, he made finals at Regionals and at Gold Skate Classics with his splashy jumping style. In addition to Artistic skating, Antoine played professional roller hockey with the Sacramento River Rats, and still plays for enjoyment and coaches. He also has started coaching Artistic skaters at Santa Clara. He is drawn to the concentration skating requires and to the challenge. He enjoys pushing the limits. When not on skates, Antoine can be found on a softball field, playing basketball or snowboarding - if it's a sport, he's probably into it.

The list of skaters was getting long and rather difficult to manage so I have broken it down to just the categories (which has the added side benefit that the page itself is smaller and easier to load for you the user! 8) I'll probably highlight new additions to the list here on the main page when they come.
