Drug Rehabilitation Treatment Centers, Drug Rehab Programs, Prescription Drug Addiction Help and Alcohol Detox Rehabilitation Centers
What to Look For In A Rehab Drug and alcohol rehab centers should offer a variety of treatment programs that can meet individual needs and offer sustained help. Programs may include inpatient, residential, outpatient, and/or short-stay options. While alcohol and drug addiction progress through predictable stages, each individual's experience has quite personal and unique characteristics. It takes a trained professional, either a physician or therapist specializing in addictions, to make an accurate diagnosis and prescribe the most appropriate drug treatment rehabilitation program. Not all alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers are the same—they can differ significantly in philosophies, program options, credentials, staff skills and qualifications, and cost. The process of selecting the right drug rehab center can be confusing. Most of us don't know exactly what to look for or the questions to ask that will help determine the drug rehab center that's best designed to meet our needs.

"Larry's counselor recommends residential treatment for his substance abuse problems. We've been in family therapy for months but Larry continues to drink and use drugs. Outcomes
Programs Overview ... Family Services CONGRATULATIONS TO NRIO FOR ACHIEVING THEIR THIRD CONSECUTIVE THREE YEAR ACCREDITATION STATUS FROM THE CANADIAN COUNCIL OF HEALTH SERVICES ACCREDITATION (CCHSA). Since becoming a pilot study in 1999 for Acquired Brain Injury standards, NRIO has been successfully accredited for the third time, for the maximum of three years at a time, through the Canadian Council of Health Services Accreditation (CCHSA). A fter more than a year of planning and completing all the necessary preparations, including writing a Self-Assessment report, two surveyors from CCHSA visited for a three-day period. During that time they met with management, staff, clients and community partners, visited each of the NRIO sites and combed over paperwork and information. Why is NRIO Accredited?
  • It demonstrates that NRIO has been evaluated against and achieved certain high national standards of excellence as defined by health care providers. Individuals we serve can take comfort in knowing the standards and quality of care offered is as good as those offered elsewhere in Canada.
