Can anyone suggest where I can find lists of these morphological features?
Ideally, the list should be annotated for frequency and meaning(s).

Using the Online Catalog
Most references which list all the prefixes, suffixes, and roots found in English, and their meanings, do not give a clue as to how these may be taught to children, the ones who need to learn this information. Nor do they distinguish between native English prefixes, suffixes, and roots; and Latin or Greek prefixes, suffixes, and roots. As you know from studying the appendices in , this makes a difference in teaching the spelling rules which apply. (If you have not yet acquired as a resource for teaching English grammar and spelling, do so for the valuable and important information it contains, which is not repeated anywhere else.) It is easier to teach adding prefixes (which changes the meaning of the word) and adding suffixes (which often changes the part of speech of the word) using native English prefixes and suffixes at first. Kindergarten Grade One Grade Two Grade Three ... Grades Nine - Twelve Fix A Sandwich Stack Designed by: Cindy Page School: Burton-Pack Elementary Grade Level: Subject(s): Language Arts Core Curriculum Objective(s): Compare the meanings of base words (root words) with the meanings of those words when prefixes and suffixes have been added. Overview: Students will explore base words, prefixes, and suffixes by finding words in print which contain affixes. They will then create "Sandwich Stacks" which will contain sentences in which a chosen prefix/suffix is used. Finally, students will develop a game which will require a player to use his/her knowledge of base words, prefixes, and suffixes. The games will be played in class and will be evaluated and scored by their classmates. Focus/Essential Question(s): What are some common prefixes and suffixes? How do these prefixes and suffixes change the meanings of words?

98. NETBOOK - Q & A On IP Address Prefixes And Suffixes
The headers in the table are prefix and suffix , implying that these address the bits AFTER the bits identifying the address class.
http://www.netbook.cs.purdue.edu/othrpags/qanda166.htm
Q: Our class had a question about table 16.13 on page 245 (2nd edition). The headers in the table are "prefix" and "suffix", implying that these address the bits AFTER the bits identifying the address class. A: When I use the term ``prefix'', I include the bits that identify the class as well as bits that identify network. Q: We had a question about the entries for "this computer" and "limited broadcast". Is this really referring to the prefix (where self-identifying bits for address class are still used), or are all octets in the address 0's or 1's. A: The address labeled ``this computer'' consists of all 32 zero bits, and the address for ``limited broadcast'' consists of all 32 one bits. The class bits are not interpreted in these special addresses.
