There is no other program just like ours. However, there are some schools that have similar programs, and even other schools that offer programs in areas that people inquiring about the ETC are often interested in. In the spirit of collaboration, we offer the following list for your information. Also included on the list are research centers that do not grant degrees or certificates.
This list is in no way exhaustive, nor do we necessarily support or endorse any of these programs or institutions. This list will constantly be evolving as we discover what universities, colleges, and other schools are offering. To have your site listed, please email us:

PENNSYLVANIA
I. Background:
Pennsylvania's sodomy law was overturned in 1980 by the state Supreme Court. The state of Pennsylvania currently boasts a total of three openly LGBT state officials, two of which were appointed. In addition to this good news, the state also has a bill pending that would increase penalties for hate crimes motivated by homophobia. However, once you come in contact with the State Board of Education and mention equity for the state's LGBT students, communication tends to get a bit terse. It's not so much what is said but the sharp one-sentence answers that tend to give away the respondent's negative attitude... The state goverment's Home Page is at URL:

Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Epidemiology The University of Pennsylvania/The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities Epidemiology is the CADDRE program studying ASDs in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania counties in the project are Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia. The Pennsylvania center will conduct four projects: 1. Monitoring Activities
It is not currently known how many children living in Pennsylvania have an ASD. During the period 1992 through 2001, the number of children served in Pennsylvania under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) increased 855%. IDEA is the federal law that supports special education and related services for children and youth with disabilities. In the three counties in this project during the 2000–2001 school year, over 2,350 children ages 3–5 years received special education services, and 613 of these children had autism classifications. Of the 10,449 children aged 6–9 years who received special education services, 430 were classified as having autism. There are, however, additional children with ASDs who are in other types of special education classes, who are in regular education classes, who attend private school, or who are home schooled.

PA society: Destruction of Israel is desired and attainable goal
By Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook, September 14, 2005 Destroying Israel continues to be a desired and attainable goal candidly presented in Palestinian Authority discourse and education. The intensity of this hate message has increased on Palestinian Authority Television (PA TV) since Israel left Gush Katif in Gaza, as religious, political and educational leaders have encouraged Palestinians to perceive the events there as a first step towards Israel's destruction. Three PA TV programs stressed this goal last week. The first, a rebroadcast of a so-called "historical educational" program first aired in 2003, reiterated the PA teaching that Israel had no right to exist because all of Israel is "Palestine." Worse, it taught that Israel's continued existence is, by Israel's very nature, a threat to the entire Arab world. The PA TV broadcast showed a map of all of Israel marked as Palestine under the PLO flag, while the narrator taught that if Palestine is not "whole," meaning if Israel continues to exist, it is like a fatal knife thrust into the heart of the Arab nation, which threatens it in its entirety. The following are the words:
