    Oregon newspapers National newspapers Western city newspapers The OIT Library maintains a collection of print and microfiche newspapers and also subscribes to some Web-based databases that include the fulltext of newspaper articles. The following is a guide to locating newspapers in our collection.
    For each newspaper, the most current print issue the library has received is located in the Pit, the downstairs area in the library's east corner.

    Multiple-page products, such as those listed above, are generally a perfect match for the web printing process. Web presses run much faster than sheet-fed presses and offer in-line folding capabilities saving bindery time and cost. Paper for web presses is generally more economical because it comes in rolls and is purchased in volume by web printers.
    From 28# Newsprint to 70# Offset, both virgin and recycled grades are available. Our printing process uses an open (cold) web system therefore only uncoated (non-glossy) papers are used. On print projects such as catalogs and books requiring glossy covers or special binding needs, we partner with quality suppliers and are able to handle your complete job.
