    LAW ENFORCEMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM SPECIALIST, #G33 BASIC PURPOSE: Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities involving the operation and administration of the OLETS message switching system, audits of telecommunications procedures used by local, state, and federal law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, providing technical and administrative support to OLETS, or similar duties and responsibilities. TYPICAL FUNCTIONS: The functions within this job family vary by level, but may include the following:
    • Operates and maintains the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Telecommunications message switching system for the exchange of information between law enforcement and criminal justice agencies and the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), National Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems (NLETS), the Oklahoma State Computer Files (SCOM), the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), and the Tax Commission Vehicle Registration Files (VREG); employs system resources to maintain operations at an acceptable level in accordance with applicable memoranda, manuals, procedures and rules; interprets and applies technical documentation related to terminal and peripheral equipment. Monitors, tests and evaluates data communication circuits and peripheral equipment, isolates trouble on data communication circuits using diagnostic testing equipment; performs problem isolation or repair functions on the network or reports problem to proper vendor for resolution; consults with data communication/processing personnel concerning software or hardware changes; makes minor modifications to vendor customized software programs.

He authored more than 70 scientific and educational publications. About Faculty The Faculty was founded in 1958 and now the Voronezh School of Law is one of the most famous in the Russian Federation. Law Faculty of Voronezh State University is now the center of law education and jurisprudence in the Chernozem Region of Russia and is a member of the Federal Association of Higher Law Schools. The Central Office of the Association, which includes universities of Belgorod, Tambov, Kursk, and Orel Oblasts and some others, was established on the basis of the Law Faculty of Voronezh State University and Law Faculty of Tambov State University. The faculty has three divisions for full-time, evening and correspondence studies, the annual admission to which totals over 4,500 students.     Introduction
    Law is the formal regime that orders human activities and relations through systematic application of the force of a governing body and the society it rules over. Laws may require or proscribe given actions, as well as empower citizens to engage in certain activities, such as entering into contracts and drafting wills . Laws may also simply mandate what procedures are to be followed in a given context; for example, the U.S. Constitution mandates how Congress, along with the President, may create laws. A more specific example might be the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which, along with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a regulatory body, mandates how public companies must go about making periodic disclosures to investors. In most countries only professionals trained in the law can effectively understand and explain legal principles, draft relevant documents, and guide parties through legal disputes, whether with another private party (
