The skills required are: ability to file alphabetically and numerically, familiarity with office equipment like copiers, computers, etc., comfortable with answering phones and greeting visitors, dependability and reliability a must, ability to act as part of a team in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to a workplace that honors diversity and respect for all members.
