Check Your Nutrition: General Nutrition Good nutrition will help you have energy all day long and will give your body the major nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs. It will also help you stay strong for sports or other activities.
Take our quiz to see if you have good nutrition habits! For each group of statements below, choose one that best describes you: 1. Choose one: I diet a lot and don't let myself eat foods that I think are unhealthy. I eat healthy food most of the time, but I eat junk food once in a while, too. 2. Choose one: I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I am full most of the time. I don't always eat when I am hungry because I am always dieting. I eat even when I am not hungry. 3. Choose one: I don't think about nutrition and eat whatever I want. I think about nutrition sometimes and I try to eat mostly healthy foods. I think about good nutrition all of the time and only allow myself to eat healthy foods.
