Welcome to Bloomfield Bloomfield is a purpose built care centre with 82 single rooms and twenty ground floor suites ( Bloomfield Suites ). It was designed and built by local care company, Living With Care, which has specialised in elderly care since 1982. It is divided into self-contained units of between 16 and 25 residents to enable residents to feel an important part of a small community. Bloomfield Care Centre offers nursing and residential care, for elderly residents, with respite and day care options for those who need it. In addition, Bloomfield has a small, specialist unit for those needing care due to memory problems and confusion. Choice is an important factor with different types of accommodation from comfortable homely rooms to more luxurious fitted suites with their own showering and toilet facilities. All rooms are individually designed by a professional interior decorator. Facilities include eight lounges, four dining rooms, a hairdressing salon, a conference room which is used for staff training and meetings, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Level 1, no actual harm with potential for minimal harm; Level 2, no actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy; Level 3, actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy; Level 4, immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety. These four levels are defined accordingly: Level 1 is a deficiency that has the potential for causing no more than a minor negative impact on the resident(s).
