106. Garden State Gardener Home Page
Find information about gardening in new jersey. Includes general gardening tips, advice, projects and instruction.
http://www.gardenstategardener.com/
Welcome to the website dedicated to gardening in New Jersey, the Garden State! Sunday, January 4, 2004 Dear gardening friends, I am taking the website off line. The site has been costly to maintain and has not generated any funds through advertisers. I have had increasing demands on my time and must focus on other projects. I have enjoyed answering the gardening questions that have been sent in. Inspiring people to garden and making New Jersey an even more scenic place was a large part of what I intended to achieve. The disheartening part was discovering how few people practice what I would describe as "common courtesy". Many emails came to me with only a gardening question (some needing extensive research) and without a formal greeting or introduction by the person asking the question. I consider this rude and insulting. I answered all questions to the best of my ability as I promised. I believe this speaks volumes for what is wrong in our society and country. Consideration, cooperation, courtesy, respect and compassion are in short supply. I sincerely thank all who did correspond respectfully. I will consider putting the site back on line in the future but no promises. I thank you for your support and wish you success in your gardens.

Community Services Group
Welcome to our homepage. We encourage you to explore it, and welcome your feedback. We are a New Jersey based real estate management and marketing company with a primary focus, since 1979, on residential real estate (condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner's associations and apartment buildings). Although our main office is located in Northern New Jersey, we have a number of clients located in the central and southern part of the state which are managed by property managers based in those areas. Like any good service business, we are only as good as the people who represent us. We have accumulated a staff of property managers, administrators, accounting personnel and other support staff that we believe are the best in the business. They are what differentiate us from the rest of the industry. Our commitment to customer service is our number one priority. If you are a resident of more than 125 current properties, thank you for visiting us. You can utilize this website to send us email, learn about the leaders of the organization, learn more about the services that we offer our clients, ways we can save you thousands of dollars in real estate commissions, or review our real estate listings available for sale. If you are a prospective client or just curious, we encourage you to explore our website, and ask questions either about our company or about real estate in general. If your association is happy with the service that you receive from your current management company and feel that you get good value for the fees that you pay them, by all means stick with them. There is nothing potentially more damaging to an association than switching management companies just for the sake of saving a few dollars. If, however you have reason to question your current level of service and price, then we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and tell you more about our management style and fees.

  • NEW JERSEY is NOT electing its Governor in 2002. NEW JERSEY is electing its U.S. Senator in the "Class 2" seat in 2002; this is an Open Seat , as incumbent Democrat Robert Torricelli, who was a candidate for re-election to the Senate in the General Election, withdrew his candidacy as of 30 September 2002: the Senator's name was thereafter replaced on the ballot (the New Jersey Supreme Court, on 2 October, allowed the Democrats to replace Senator Torricelli's name on the ballot; the U.S. Supreme Court, on 7 October, refused to hear an appeal by Republicans from the New Jersey court's ruling). NEW JERSEY is electing 13 Members of Congress (U.S. House of Representatives) in 2002; the State did not gain nor lose a House seat as a result of the 2000 Census.

http://www.njdha.org/
WELCOME TO NJDHA!
Welcome to the New Jersey Dental Hygienists’ Association (NJDHA) website. The empowerment of the dental hygienist is the goal for 2004. Dental hygienists’ impact is more significant than the physical tasks they perform. The Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) is an educator who educates the public and legislators in disease prevention and advocates for the access to dental care for all NJ residents. Far too many residents suffer needlessly because they do not receive the care they deserve. Less restrictive laws can allow the hygienist to provide cost-effective preventive care and enroll clients in dental treatment. Being a dental hygienist is more than "cleaning teeth". In New Jersey we are NOT under general supervision. This limits the access to care we can legally offer the public. Currently, 37 states have general supervision in all settings, 31 states can provide local anesthesia and 10 states have direct Medicaid reimbursement to hygienists. Every time a hygienist works outside the scope of the NJ dental practice act, it decreases the leverage your Association has to change existing regulations. Keep this in mind the next time you are asked to treat a patient when the dentist is not in the office. When you are a member of NJDHA, not only are you financially supporting the organization, you are saying "I care" about dental hygiene in New Jersey. Membership gives you a voice and a connection with the component officers that take your opinions and ideas to the constituent (state) level. The constituent level works with the lobbyist and Board of Dentistry to bring change.
