Better New Hampshire is a grassroots coalition supporting limited, state-regulated gaming as a funding source. As a way to increase revenue, keep tourist dollars in the state and expand our entertainment options, we support the limited placement of state-regulated slot machines and video entertainment in appropriate locations across the state. Better New Hampshire will raise public awareness of the benefits of limited gaming and urge legislators to back that goal. You can help by donating to Better New Hampshire and contacting your candidates for state representative and state senator and asking them to support us. Paid for by Better New Hampshire PAC.
Not paid for by any candidate or candidate committee.

The New Hampshire Law Library is the only public Law Library in the State of New Hampshire. Its mission is to advance the administration of justice by providing legal information and related services to the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government, the legal communities of New Hampshire, and the people of the State. HISTORY: In 1716, a collection of law books belonging to the provincial government formed the first state library collection. After the State House was built in 1816, a room was set aside for the library. For a time, the Secretary of State also served as the State Librarian. In 1895, a separate building was constructed to house the State Library and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In1943, the State Library separated out its legal materials and created a Law Division of the State Library. It served as the Law Library for many years. In 1970, the current Supreme Court building was constructed, and the Law Division of the State Library moved, along with the New Hampshire Supreme Court, to the Supreme Court building.

Welcome! New Hampshire's natural landscape provides the foundation for many of our activities, activities that drive the state's economy. Nearly five million acres of forest land sustain a thriving forest products industry; New Hampshire's parks, beaches, historic sites, and ski mountains provide endless recreation opportunities; and the state's tourism industry offers a wide array of dining, lodging, cultural and entertainment options. This quality of life, combined with the business-friendly and tax advantageous environment we have worked hard to create, also makes the state attractive to business growth and expansion. The Department of Resources and Economic Development was established by the General Court of New Hampshire under Chapter 223 of the laws of 1961 and consists of four divisions: Forest and Lands, Parks and Recreation, Travel and Tourism Development, and Economic Development.
