The Manager will coordinate and implement the ranch management plan, which may include species monitoring and research, exotic species control, prescribed burning, boundary posting, preserve building maintenance, trail and/or equipment maintenance, field trips and volunteer stewardship workdays. The Ranch Manager will manage livestock, grazing plans, and agricultural leases. In addition the Ranch Manager may participate on teams involved in conservation planning with other Conservancy staff members. The Ranch Manager will lead the Preserve management work team and supervise permanent and seasonal staff as well as volunteers. | |
