The City of Minneapolis Department of Community Planning and Economic Development is seeking candidates interested in a Senior Project Coordinator position. This position serves as an agent of the City to manage residential, industrial, commercial, or non-profit development or redevelopment projects of significant complexity and/or that has significant financial or mission critical impact within the City of Minneapolis, and works to assist private and non-profit investors in the development or redevelopment of property.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in urban planning, business administration, economics, architecture, or a related field and 5 or more years of urban planning, project management or real estate development experience.
