USS Bulkeley
We take a ride on the Navy's newest destroyer.

Our tugboat speeds up the Hudson River on this exceptionally warm foggy day in December. We watch the debris float by and wonder what's really in the water that's spraying up over the cabin and onto us. The tugboat is moving as fast as it can because there's a brand-new U.S. Navy destroyer waiting for us underneath the Verrazano Bridge. One minute we can see nothing but gray fog. The next we see the hull of the USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) rising out of the Hudson, and we see her crew standing on deck manning the rails. It's a moving sight. As we approach, a motorized dinghy with two Navy seamen and a machine gun mounted to it pulls away from the ship and circles the tugboat. Security is extra tight. The tugboat pulls up alongside the ship and it's finally time to get on board. This involves climbing up a 15-ft. Jacob's ladderthe same kind of rope ladder with wooden rungs that has been used for centuries to board ships. The first thing we see as we swing over the top of the ladder is a U.S. Navy gunner's mate standing behind a loaded M60 machine gun on the deck above us. And there's no question that she's ready to fire it if necessary. This is a military vessel on alert. Next

  • Living bacteria have been found in meteorites. For details and to see how this relates to the global flood, go to page . This amazing discovery does not mean that life on earth came from outer space. Prediction 1 of the hydroplate theory, first published in 1980, appears to have been confirmed: A one-mile-thick layer of salt water has been detected 10 miles below the Tibetan Plateau. For details, see page (To fully understand the above discoveries, be sure to read Part II, beginning on page
