Michigan State went out of its way to cater to all the needs of its international students. I found everybody very approachable, all the way to the dean of the business school. Cost Analyst
Over the time I have spent at Michigan State, the program has constantly improved. MSU offers great placement services, practical and team experiences to their students. Finance Supervisor/Financial Analyst
MSU's faculty and administration have ensured that a practical and business-appropriate curriculum has been developed and taught. In addition, the MBA program has included a great deal of leadership, teamwork, and presentation development. My two years at MSU have allowed me to grow these skills tremendously. Senior Financial Analyst
I believe my degree from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management is valuable. However, if I could change some aspects of the program, several areas would be addressed. To start, there needs to be more fairness in grading. During the first year, core classes were taught by professors with a wide range of challenges in the classes. Some sections were easier and graded on a curve, others were not. Although students should look past grades and value the greater enrichment received in the more difficult classes, recruiters do not have the same view. Telling a recruiter that you had the more difficult sections sounds like you're whining.

About Us Who We Are Our mission underscores the importance of community in everyday life the idea that belonging to a healthy, vibrant community is essential to each person's well-being and growth. Through our three programs, VASTMI is committed to strengthening, sustaining, and supporting our communities: Through our Tax Assistance Program (TAP) more than 700 volunteers prepare annual tax returns for people living in poverty. We partner with local, state and federal government to coordinate customized training for our volunteers. We place our volunteers at more than 20 sites in Metropolitan Detroit - including libraries, community centers, nonprofit and for-profit facilities, and also partner with corporations who "adopt-a-site." Each year, TAP strengthens the financial situations of more than 7,000 households. In 2004, $5.8 million in tax refund money went directly to low-income residents in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, and in turn, into Michigan's economy. Since 1972, the program has returned more than $125 million to low-income individuals. The Financial Literacy Program, established in 2002 (and originally called the First Accounts Program), has strengthened more than 2,000 low-income families by providing free workshops on money management skills, one-on-one counseling, and help navigating the banking system.

http://www.northwood.edu/financialaid/
The University Northwood University was founded in 1959 by Dr. Arthur E. Turner and Dr. R. Gary Stauffer, who knew that the liberal arts approach to business did not really expose students to the wealth of opportunities that the world of work had to offer. Established originally in Alma, Michigan, the school moved to Midland in 1961. The Texas campus was opened in 1966. Other expansions include the Florida campus in West Palm Beach and the Northwood University Margaret Chase Smith Library Center in Skowhegan, Maine. Northwood University also coordinates a nontraditional program, University College (UC), headquartered at the Midland, Michigan, campus. Extension centers are located on all three campuses and in thirty-one satellite locations across the United States. UC is dedicated to providing nontraditional options for earning management degrees to adults over the age of 25 who are balancing work, family, community, and educational goals. Executive, managerial, and full-time M.B.A. programs are also offered at the University through the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management. The Texas campus has student housing ranging in style from traditional dormitories to spacious apartments. Many of the students on this campus are commuters, with 85 percent coming from in state. Students participate in intercollegiate sports, the Student Senate, the newspaper and yearbook, Auto Club, Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), field trips, the annual rib fest and chili cook-off, and other activities. The campus is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
