The International Food Law Certificate Program courses are offered by the and the College of Agricultura and Natural Resources at Michigan State University through the ANGEL learning management system. ANGEL is an acronym which stands for " A N ew G lobal E nvironment for L earning". The total cost for each 3 credit hours course through the Lifelong Education Program is ( US ($329.50/credit hour) fall semester 2005. [Lifelong Education off-campus students are EXEMPT from matriculation fees, international student fees, and international health insurance fees, which are applicable to regular undergraduate and graduate program students at MSU.] Students who are enrolled in a degree program through Michigan State University will pay tuition per their program’s set tuition rate. The 3 credits received per course are fully accredited through Michigan State University. Up to 10 credits through the Lifelong Education Program may be transferred to a graduate program.] [If you are enrolled as a degree candidate at MSU, please see the tuition rate applicable to your program.] Tuition rate increases will be announced at least one month prior to the start of a new semester.

Center programs Classes for special-education students, frequently from several school districts, that are offered at a site other than a general-education school, often in an intermediate school district facility. General education Schooling of children not requiring special education. Individualized education planning team (IEPT) The group assigned to every special-education student to identify the student's academic needs and specify the education setting that the group believes best will meet his/her needs; members are educators, specialists, and the child's parent(s). Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Federal law enacted in 1974 and periodically revised that sets out special-education requirements with which states must comply. Intermediate school district (ISD) An education service agency that provides support to school districts within a geographic area (frequently approximates the county). Learning disability (LD) A disorder that interferes with one's ability to store, process, or produce information; examples are dyslexia (a language-based disability), dyspraxia (difficulty in coordinating body movement), and dysgraphia (a writing disability).

Yes Colorado Colorado residents - age 14-15 - who operate PWCs required to complete boating safety course. Home study is not accepted for this age group. Yes Connecticut All operators of vessels registered in, or who own property in, CT must successfully complete an approved boating course or pass the CT challenge exam. PWC operators must take proctored, state-approved PWC classroom course regardless of residency. Other vessel operators may take the CT challenge exam.
