They include lesson plans, student worksheets and information pages. Below are instructions and information relating to specific issues you may have in using these web pages. Hopefully we have covered most of the major issues. If you have any comments, suggestions or criticism please feel free to communicate them to us via the feedback link found in the footer of each page.     ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS AND PROCEDURES: Physical Science As an introduction to the weather unit discuss with students how weather affects them each day. Begin by having students record the local daily weather data in their journals on a data collection sheet. Also record the local weather data on a large wall chart. For an example of this go to Photo Album Image No. 3 . A great way to get accurate immediate information is to use the Davis Weather Station. See Photo Album Image No. 4 . If at all possible obtain funds to purchase the Davis Weather Station for your school or classroom. Information can be found at this site Davis Instruments .
