Programs for Individuals with Disabilities
The Special Programs Division provides therapeutic recreation programs and services for county residents with disabilities Inclusion Services for people with disabilities. These services are provided to enable people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in any program or event that is offered by M-NCPPC.

After registering for a Department Program, please complete the Disability Accommodation Form and send it via mail or email to the appropriate office. For inclusion services, first determine which area of the County the program is located (north, central or south) and return as follows:
