Why You Should Use Bill Locklear Custom Music
What Bill Locklear Custom Music Offers You
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE: I was a high school band director for 29 years, and I am familiar with the numerous challenges that today's band directors face. It takes knowledge and experience to creatively overcome many of these challenges and I'm here to help. DEDICATION to SERVICE: My custom arrangements will work for you because they are written in cooperation with your specifications, and when possible, using your own carefully edited paste-up recordings as a guide. Current and former clients will tell you that delivery is always prompt and as promised. I make every effort to accommodate your instrumentation, playing ability, financial, and delivery needs. VALUE: Other custom music providers may charge more and even include packaged products and services that are not crucial to your program. While my work is priced competitively, I provide exactly what you need and deliver it for less money.

University of Connecticut Marching Band
"Huskies", the UCONN fight song
The University of Connecticut Marching Band is the largest, most spirited organization on campus. The musicians, color guard members, and twirlers that make up the band contribute their talent unity , and pride to continue a long tradition of musical and marching excellence that belongs to the UCMB.
Performances by the band are full of visual and musical excitement. The UCMB combines exciting contemporary drill, musical and percussion features, majorette and color guard spotlights, and powerful unison presentation into a spectacular , entertaining show. Musical selections include special arrangements of popular rock, jazz, swing, show and drum corps favorites. Those who have seen the UCMB in action see why the band is called the "Pride of Connecticut".
Over the years the UCMB has performed at a wide variety of exciting events. In addition to pre-game and half time performances at UCONN football games, the band also exhibitions at several high school band competitions around the state each season. In addition, past bands have performed at several special events, including many NFL games, the 1996 World Series, and the 1993 Presidential Inaugural Parade. These events have allowed the band to gain recognition beyond its already great reputation in the State of Connecticut.
Of course, it is the hard working members and staff which makes the UCMB great. Band members are a true cross section of the university, representing every field of study at UCONN. Many members also hold positions in the important and extensive student leadership structure. On and off the field, UCMB members are the embodiment of UCONN Husky Spirit. Of course, it is the great friendships and experiences that members take with them for the rest of their lives. The UCMB is more than just a band; it is a large, close knit family in which all members take great pride.

Music, Marching, Mirth, and Merriment! Welcome to the home of the Princeton University Band we're not your high school band. You'll find us entertaining at Princeton sporting events and other gatherings throughout the year. During the Fall, the Band performs at football games. If you have never witnessed a PUB halftime show, you haven't truly lived. During the Spring, we play for other sports, including basketball, ice hockey, and lacrosse. (We have even played for the Wrestling team!) Interested in seeing us perform? A schedule of upcoming appearances and rehearsals is available. We are always looking for new members. Whether or not you play a musical instrument, if you are a Princeton student or alumnus, we invite you to join the Band Last year, we recorded an album with a whole bunch of great music. For more info, or to order, go here If you enjoy instant gratification and who doesn't check out our enormous photo album . As you will see, the orange and black plaid uniforms have no "dimmer" switch, and our performances have little in common with the traditional "Big Ten" style of marching (and Marches) found at most other schools.
