    Recent Faculty Publications Professor Barbara Atwell’s article, "Mainstreaming Complementary and Alternative Medicine in the Face of Uncertainty," was published at 72 UMKC Law Review Professor Adele Bernhard is among the authors writing about the phenomenon of wrongful conviction in the Summer 2004 issue of Drake Law Review . Her article, "Justice Still Fails: A Review of Recent Efforts to Compensate Individuals Who Have Been Unjustly Convicted and Later Exonerated," discusses recently enacted compensation statutes and the attempts to win recovery for the wrongly convicted through litigation. Professor Barbara Black wrote a chapter of Securities Arbitration 2004: A Rapidly Evolving Process , the Practising Law Institute’s coursebook, surveying recent significant cases in the field of securities arbitration.
