HOW TO FIND A LOCAL GROUP
You can contact your local IAHE Region Rep , check with a county contact from IHEN , contact the Roman Catholic Home Educators of Indiana , look at the IDOE Home Schooling Support Organizations page or look on-line at some of the national organizations’ websites, like Homeschool World , which have state pages and a support group in your area may be listed. Additionally, ask the children's dept. librarian at your local library because often they are aware of area support groups. Local Groups Listing: Columbus Area Home Educators , CAHE (pronounced Kay) is an email network of 120 families sharing news of co-ops, classes, events, and activities in Bartholomew and surrounding counties. CAHE is founded on the Bible and our events are from a Christian worldview. However, CAHE is open to all home school families and will advertise all items it receives which are not counter to that criteria. We also sponsor Mom's fellowships, fieldtrips, Region RoundUP as a yearly kick-off, fall bonfire, and annual Knowledge Quest (year end program). To contact us: cahe@bcremc.net
