A.1.2 Introduction
It is not possible to parse VRML files using a context-free grammar. Semantic knowledge of the names and types of fields, eventIns, and eventOuts for each node type (either built-in or user-defined using PROTO or EXTERNPROTO ) shall be used during parsing so that the parser knows which field type is being parsed. The '#' (0x23) character begins a comment wherever it appears outside of the first line of the VRML file or quoted SFString or MFString fields. The '#' character and all characters until the next line terminator comprise the comment and are treated as whitespace. The carriage return (0x0d), linefeed (0x0a), space (0x20), tab (0x09), and comma (0x2c) characters are whitespace characters wherever they appear outside of quoted SFString or MFString fields. Any number of whitespace characters and comments may be used to separate the syntactic entities of a VRML file. All reserved keywords are displayed in boldface type.

Information on the organization responsible for safeguarding and enriching the Tahitian language, normalizing vocabulary, grammar and spelling, promoting publication of books in Tahitian and general education in the language.
http://www.tahitinet.com/presense/academy.html
THE TAHITIAN ACADEMY The Tahitian Academy was created by a vote of the Territorial Assembly on August 2, 1972. It was inaugurated on July 2, 1974 by the Governor Daniel Videau and its statutes were approved by the Territorial Assembly on December 5, 1974. The Academy is aimed at safeguarding and enriching the Tahitian language, normalislng the vocabulary, the grammar and the spelling, promoting the publication of books in Tahitian as well as the generalized teaching of the language. Since its foundation, the Academy has written, in collaboration with the Territorial Education Service, the books used for teaching Tahitian in the primary schools. In 1987 it wrote and published a huge grammar (T: tarame) of the Tahitian language (500 ex. in bond version and 2,500 ex. in paperback version) aimed at enacting precise official grammatical and orthographical rules. It searches for the translation of words related to specialized fields of activity (navigation, medicine, meteorology, etc) for which it has until now published two vocabularies. The Academy has also published two volumes of words of contemporary Tahitian which were not listed in the usual dictionaries. Each year, it organizes literary competitions aimed at finding the best works from which abstracts are thereafter published in anthologies by the Academy. Until now two such anthologies have been printed.

General local cases
Partitive
The partitive indicates a part of something. Along with the accusative, the partitive also indicates the object of the action. Anyway, the main difference is that the accusative is used, when the action is directed at the whole object, and the partitive, when the action is directed only at a part of it. In English, this difference is sometimes expressed by omitting the article or by replacing it by the word some . The partitive suffix is - a ta tä in both the singular and in the plural. Finnish English talo a (a part of) a house taloj a (some) houses
Essive
The essive expresses the state of something. It often corresponds to the preposition as . The essive suffix is - na nä in both the singular and in the plural. Finnish English talo na as the house taloi na as the houses
Translative
The translative expresses the result of a process of change. The English verb become includes the meaning of this case, for example. The translative suffix is - ksi in both the singular and in the plural. Finnish English talo ksi becoming a house taloi ksi becoming houses

El pretérito y el imperfecto:
Consideraciones generales
The usage of the preterite and the imperfect is one of the most difficult aspects of Spanish for an English-speaker. Essentially, both the preterite and the imperfect are past tenses, much as the way "he did" and "he was doing" both express past action in English. The deciding factor between the two tenses is a characteristic of verbs not frequently talked about in English: aspect. Every action has a beginning, a middle, and an end. When one wishes to focus on the middle of an action, the action is on-going, that is, nothing changes radically (which is not to say that nothing happens). For example, "he was eating" indicates the "middle" of the action of eating in the past. We don't know when he started to eat or when he finished (or even if he finished). We just know that at a certain time in the past, he was in the middle of eating. This focus on the middle of an action is called the imperfective aspect . Not surprisingly, it is associated with the

I found a word you criticized in the dictionary!

You will find certain words or phrases criticized here listed in dictionaries. Note carefully labels like dial. (dialectical), nonstandard , and obsolete before assuming that the dictionary is endorsing them. The primary job of a dictionary is to track how people actually use language. Dictionaries differ among themselves on how much guidance to usage they provide; but the goal of a usage guide like this is substantially different: to protect you against patterns which are regarded by substantial numbers of well-educated people as nonstandard. Why do you discuss mainly American usage?
