Library Access Individual Access
Year-to-Date Author Index AGU Special Sections and Themes ... PDF FAQ For Authors
The objectives of Review of Geophysics are to provide an overview of geophysics and the directions in which it is going and to serve as an integrating force in geophysics. Authorship is by invitation, but suggestions from readers and potential authors are welcome. Reviews of Geophysics distills and places in perspective previous scientific work in currently active subject areas of geophysics. Contributions evaluate overall progress in the field and cover all disciplines embraced by AGU. Printed on acid-free paper. Impact Factor 8.667 in the 2004 Journal Citation Reports . The impact factor measures the frequency in 2004 with which the average article in a journal has been cited in 2002-2003, as calculated in the Journal Citation Reports , published by the Institute for Scientific Information.

This course was the first Earth Science course on the World Wide Web, premiering in the Spring of 1993. Since that time the course has gone through many revisions, and this latest revision of the home page is intended to give a fresher look to the site.
Please note that IMSA Geophysics has not been taught since 1999, so it is likely that some of the links may be out of date. Hopefully this course will be taught in the upcoming academic year, in which case I will have more time to dedicate to updating the site. This course and web page developed and maintained by Mark A. Horrell, Ph.D.
