Generation X... Is That You? Born 1965 to 1976 (more or less). You're sharp, street-smart and easily bored. "They" may call you "slacker," but they'd better find a new name when your company acquires theirs, or drives them out of the market. You don't have a problem with taking a risk. Why not? It's fun. And if you're going to have to create income somehow, why not make it fun, and why not run your own show? Sure, you'll run into problems, but what else is new? Better than boring... no? So, fellow Gen X Entrepreneurs, let us know what you need ...like what flavor of community meets your discriminating taste, and what's worth your time. Just email us to let us know what you'd like to see happen here, and your wish is our command (note: we didn't say "instant" but we'll get to it). Tell us:
  • Would you like to have a "members-only" area where you can schmooz privately with other Gen X peers?

Volume 2, Issue 1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - January 17, 2005 Buffy CCG World Ranking System By Dave Gerspach (dgjedi), WCA Co-Chair) As announced, this year marks the debut of the Buffy CCG World Rankings. The purpose of this article is to explain the system and answer some questions, even those you might not have asked. From there, for every tournament point you earn at a local tournament, your rating goes up one point. For every tournament point you earn at a convention tournament, your rating goes up two points. All your points are accumulated over a moving twelve month period. The system described above can be maintained in an Excel spreadsheet. Why this system? It recognizes good play, but it also recognizes those that play a lot. It gives added incentive to participate in convention tournaments. Why? Generally, convention tournaments attract better players from a wider geographical area and requires more of a commitment (time and money) from the players involved. North America Not necessarily.

She's why we need to keep working for equity! Resource Corner Don’t miss one of the most comprehensive groupings of multicultural and diversity-related, web resources on the internet: StratéGenius’ Resources Pages. Please review this African/African American Page, in honor of the United States’ observation of February as Black History Month, and hopefully its application throughout the year. It is an incredible array of sites and bibliographical sources for your librarian, faculty, S.E.E.D. groups, Diversity Committees, and even student groups that want to to learn more about themselves and their histories, or, importantly, of others. In honoring Black History Month- we shall look at all things black: statistics, where people are located, history, everything we can pull together. There are many different types of nonprofits that receive Orph' Kickin' Picks and you may find this information very useful in the future for yours: African-American History
