Clinical Programs
Golden Gate has one of the most extensive clinical legal education programs in the country. Students earn academic credit while working under the supervision of a full-time faculty member or a practicing attorney. On-Site Clinical Programs Field-Placement Clinics back to top On-Site Clinical Programs The on-site clinics operate as law offices within the School of Law, providing legal representation to low-income individuals and community groups who would not otherwise be able to afford legal counsel. Environmental Law and Justice Clinic (ELJC)

Supervising attorneys: Professors Helen Kang and Clifford Rechtschaffen
Students provide direct representation to community groups and environmental organizations in low-income and minority communities disproportionally impacted by environmental degradation.

They are in alphabetical order by title. A call number has been added to assist in location and to keep together publications which have changed title. The call numbers for journals all take the form K1 (k one) followed by another alpha-numeric combination eg K1/ C92952 (Criminal Law Journal). Ascertain journal call numbers by choosing option 9 on the Investigator. The following list includes all printed and microfiche journals held by the law library. For journals of legal relevance which are held in other parts of the library consult the library catalogue . Many legal journals are available on the Internet. The Women’s Justice Center (WJC) of the Pace University School of Law in conjunction with the Committee to Promote Gender Fairness in the 9 th Judicial District and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association will co-host an informative program entitled "Domestic Violence and Responsible Mediation: A Critical Look at Screening and Safety" at the New York State Judicial Institute, located at the Pace University School of Law, 78 North Broadway, White Plains, New York, Omni Room, on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Individual reservations are $85.00, which includes dinner and 2 CLE (continuing legal education) credits.
