Saiget, AFP, Apr. 20 URUMQI, China—After years of controversy and political intrigue, archaeologists using genetic testing have proved that Caucasians roamed China’s Tarim Basin 1,000 years before East Asian people arrived. The research finding—which the Beijing government apparently delayed releasing, fearing it could fuel Uighur Muslim separatism in China’s western-most Xinjiang region—is based on a cache of ancient dried-out corpses that have been found around the Tarim Basin in recent decades. The discoveries in the 1980s of the undisturbed 4,000-year-old “Beauty of Loulan” and the 3,000-year-old body of the “Charchan Man” are legendary in international archaeological circles for the fine state of their preservation and for the wealth of knowledge they bring to modern research. Mr. Mair, a University of Pennsylvania professor who played a pivotal role in bringing the discoveries to Western scholars in the 1990s, has struggled to take samples out of China for genetic testing. One recent expedition was allowed to take five samples out.

Three teams of scientists have created the first facial reconstructions of King Tutankhamun based on CT scans of his mummy. The images are strikingly similar both to each other and to ancient portraits of the boy pharaoh, including his depiction on the famed golden mask he wore into the crypt. The Egyptian team s reconstruction. The three teams created their reconstructions separately—the Americans and French working from a plastic skull, the Egyptians working directly from the CT scans, which could distinguish different densities of soft tissue and bone. The French and Egyptians knew they were recreating King Tut, but the Americans were not even told where the skull was from, yet correctly identified it as a Caucasoid North African, the council said in a statement.

One of the oldest cities in Israel, first founded by the Phoenicians, Akko is best known for the part it played as a gateway port city to the holy land during the crusader period with its intricate subterranean city of Crusader halls and sanctuaries. It still retains its flavour as a fishing village and has an open-air bazaar. Also famous as the only city that Napolean tried and DID NOT SUCCEED to conquer in 1799. Return to Map

MORE... make more new techs...
and new civs...
new civs like Asryan, and make more events...
new spying options.. more levels of diffuculty
and MORE UNITS!!!!!!!
thanx.. (Pete, U.S.A.)
HOT SEAT, MORE CIVs I think it would be great if you made a hotseat option for civ 3. For up to, say about five players. And I strongly suggest that you increase the amount of civiliztions, not just cultures, also nations, so that there should be around a hundred nations to play with. I dont know, since there is very lack of information of this game, if you've already considered this, but, however the outcome, I will buy this game... (Jocke, Södertällje, sweden)
MORE PLAYERS I think civilization 3 should have a choice to play more than 7 civilizations at once. It should have much bigger maps and definately MULTIPLAYER! Up to 99 people at once with all sorts of winning conditions. (Casey)
TURK NATION I suggest to creators of civ3 to include our nation Turks and our great leader Ataturk (Metin Akgerman, Istanbul)

The idea of Dialogue among Civilizations was put forward by the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1998 at the height of the changing of the global order and globalization of the american idea of New World Order with the hope that by increased cultural discourse and exchange, mankind could realise a more human world. Though the united nations has adopted this suggestion, its implementation in the changing geopolitical world requires a philosophical impute and a geographical body so that it could assume the dialectic needed for funtioning in the world of geopolitics. From the philosophical point of view, the idea of dialogue among civilizations must be seen in the context of the process of globalizations and for the purpose of smoothening its sharp edges. . Images of the bull-god or horned god,the Lord of the Animals, similar to those at Mohenjo Daro, are found in pre-Celtic and Minoan tradition. In southwest Asia(Cambodia,Java,Bali ),Shivism is closely linked with the very beginnings of civilization. In Bali,it is even now the predominant aspect of religion. The temples of Angkor, like the ancient temples of Java, are for the most part Shivaite.
During the fourth millennium,a Shivaite civilization arose in the Indus plain. The Sumerians, who probably came from the Indus, arrived in Mesopotamia by sea.The religion which they practiced spread all over the Middle East ,to Crete and continental Greece. From the beginning of the third millennium up to the Aryan invasions, the three great sister civilizations of Mohenjo Daro,Sumer and Knossos developed along parallel lines, extending over the whole European continent on the one side, and central and east India and southeast Asia on the other.

And yes even to my Christian brethren. In this thread I would like to explore the many reasons why some non Christian Racialist believe that Christian Racialist and/or Identity movements are doomed to fail. I am going to lay out some points. And I may expand on these later.
Why is any Christian approach to Racialism is doomed to fail?
Here are just a few of the reasons non Christians may feel that Christianity is doomed to fail to Save the White Race from its demise.
1) The bible is not a racist book.
2) Main stream Christianity teaches Racism is a sin.
3) The bible teaches universal salvation.
4) The bible is not against interacial marriages
5)The Christian church from today to over 2000 years ago has NEVER taught
Racism or any form of Racism.
6) Christianity was invented by the/a jew. 7)The bible states that all Races today have descended from Noah just about 6-8000 years ago.
