DELAWARE
I. Background:
Delaware's sodomy law was repealed in 1973. The American Bar Association (ABA) recommended in 1990 that all state codes on judicial conduct adopt non-discrimination prohibitions that include sexual orientation, which 25 states did. Delaware, instead, added a footnote to the commentary section of its code with a general nondiscrimination provision. The regular state legislative session runs from Jan-09 to Jun-30. The state government's Home Page is at

There you will find current lists of all state officials and legislators and how to contact them.
