He received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin with a dissertation entitled: "Criminal Behavior and Arousal: Test of a Theory," He presented a paper at the APA annual meeting: 'Criminal Behavior, Individual Differences and Emotional Implications". Dr. Heller's practice consists of offering a range of psychological services to a broad spectrum of clients.
