Over the past decade, condominiums have been popping up all over Brooklyn. Following the trend, new construction of condos in DUMBO is already underway. Over 250 new unites were already built. Currently, among DUMBO's newest condos, 50 Bridge Street's open lofts range from $480,000 for an 800-square-foot, one-bath unit to $1.2 million for a two-bath unit with 1,845 square feet of interior space and 1,483 square feet of outdoor space.
