Selected Resources The , located on the first floor of Lockwood Memorial Library, has been a depository for Canadian federal publications and documents since 1963. This guide highlights selected resources in both print and online format. Most titles in the Library's collection are listed in the BISON: The UB Libraries Catalog . One way to limit retrieval to official Canadian publications is to include the word "Ottawa" in a keyword search (the default search option) in the BISON catalog. For example: education and ottawa Call numbers for Canadian documents in the BISON catalog are preceded by the abbreviation "CAN". The call numbers correspond to the catalog numbers used by the Canadian government to refer to their publications.

The new vision of the CMN stresses partnerships and joint efforts to develop new educational projects with national reach. On April 25, 2003, the CMN launched The Geee! in Genome, a new, traveling exhibition on genomics. This exhibition and national education project were produced by the CMN and presented nationally by Genome Canada in partnership with the CIHR. The exhibition is now touring the country, having already appeared in Vancouver and Regina. Its final stop will be Halifax in 2006. The Geee! in Genome
