GENERAL EDUCATION AND ASSESSMENT:
Creating Shared Responsibility for Learning Across the Curriculum
General Education and Assessment took place February 17-19, 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. More than 500 conference participants attended the meeting, contributing to rich conversations and informative sessions exploring how campuses are cultivating and assessing important outcomes across the curriculum and across institutions. Conference sponsors included the Council for Administration of General and Liberal Studies and ACT. The full conference schedule appears below with links to many of the presentations and resources from the conference. The descriptors pdf (portable document format) and ppt (Powerpoint) indicate file types that may take awhile to load, depending on the type of Internet connection you use.
