Some people don't need a recipe to cook, some people just choose to "wing it", throwing ingredients together. Others lack confidence to make their own meals and prefer to follow a recipe book, unlike those that find it more spontaneous to just throw the fridge door open and see what they can throw together. Every day someone creates a new recipe, just by using the ingredients on hand. Sometimes if a recipe calls for an ingredient that's not readily available, creative cooks will find an intriguing substitute.

As to the wine I have chosen a Luigi Bosca Reserva Malbec 2002, product of Mendoza Argentina, more precisely from the area known as Lujan de Cuyo. This wine has an intense red color and perfume of cherries and plums as well as spices. Email Bob Frassinetti. The Buenos Aires Art Dealer,Argentina.

    Tip Latino Gusto
The Hispanic population in the United States is growing, and so too is their influence and purchasing power. Latino restaurants are popping up all over affecting how we eat and enticing us with new tastes. Preserving heritage and family is very important to Latinos, so most cooking is done at home and is made from scratch. Many of these traditional scratch foods like enchiladas and tacos are firmly entrenched alongside new favorites like tres leche cake.
Not all Latino foods are hot, as many believe. Where there have been European influences, the foods tend to be milder as in northern parts of Mexico. Further south, foods are spicier and hotter due to influence from indigenous populations and Caribbean and Mayan cultures.
As with any cultural cuisine tastes, flavors, colors, textures, and preparation styles vary by region creating a colorful palate for all of us to explore! As newer generations of Latinos adjust to a newer culture, we start to see Nuevo Latino or fusion foods combining Hispanic flavors with traditional American cooking. Enjoy Latino gusto!
Latino fare Latin-inspired dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are some of the earth's most flavorful fare. Here is some background on these cuisines and their origins.

    "GAUCHO"
The gaucho is a man who cherishes simple pleasures. For over 400 years the original pioneers of Argentina, the Gauchos, adorned in black hats, black boots, wearing wide pants tied up at the waist by a coin belt, and covered by thick wool coats, this counterpart of the American cowboy practiced the methods of old, and handed them down from generation to generation. Among all their customs and rituals, none is more eagerly celebrated than the daily barbecues. As the sun goes down, huge wood fires are started. Red hot coals are gathered and thrown into sand pits and covered with a wire rack. Meat cuts of all kinds, sizzled on the grill on a seemingly endless feast, accompanied by hearty wines and beverages. Enter Keyword or Search Term: EEO Report PRIVACY STATEMENT

This site hasn't been seriously worked at for years, sorry. Thus, the layout is still miserable, the content less than satisfying, and some links may be broken. I warned you!
Nevertheless, you are welcome to look , there might be something interesting here, too. I just love Calvin 's philosophical moments, but here I have a better answer:
    • Who would leave a mystery unsolved?
    • Who would turn off the TV before the murderer is found?
    • Why then should mathematical mysteries be left unsolved?
    • Aren't facts boring only when they have nothing to do with us?
    • What better satisfaction is there than solving a hard problem?
Mathematics indeed has literary qualities - the history of a great mathematical discovery can be fascinating, the life of a great mathematician interesting, a challenging problem intriguing. Let's savor it!
    Computers
Here I am planning to put interesting links about computers. My first computer was an Atari 1040 ST, with 1MB RAM and a cutesy black-and-white 640x400-pixel 13'' mini-screen. Nevertheless, it did word-processing and games pretty well, compared to the XT boat anchors that were so popular at that time. For some time now I have been using public machines, running VM/CMS, DOS, Windows 3.1, MacOS, UNIX, and finally NeXTStep, which I find the best mixture of power, versatility, ease-of-use, and nice design. Unfortunately it is lacking a variety of mature software. My own PC now runs Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, RedHat Linux, and Windows 98, allowing me to further expand my horizon.
