The College of Business Administration is proud of its alumni and seeks alumni input and involvement in the educational process. Alumni are encouraged to become members of the College of Business Administration Alumni Association whose mission it is to support the College in its goal of achieving excellence in business education. In addition, the Office of Career Services seeks alumni willing to interact with students in a variety of ways from career exploration activities through recruitment for employment opportunities. In addition, the Office of Career Services seeks alumni to provide advise and feedback as members of the Career Services Advisory Council.
Alumni who are currently looking for work or are considering a career change are encouraged to access the services provided by the Office of Career Services.
COBAAA
The College of Business Administration Alumni Association (COBAAA) was established to support the College of Business Administration in its goal of achieving excellence in business education. COBAAA allows alumni opportunities to give back to the College in a coordinated effort and fosters a relationship between students, faculty, government and the business community.

Article I Purpose; Membership
Section 1 - Purpose The purpose of the Alumni Association is to foster the interests and continuing excellence of Oberlin College, including the College of Arts and Sciences and the Conservatory of Music, and to foster communication between the College and its alumni and among alumni. Section 2 - Membership Each person who has graduated from or who has attended the College of Arts and Sciences of Oberlin College, the Oberlin College Conservatory of Music, the Oberlin College Graduate School of Theology, or the Kindergarten Primary Training School is entitled to participate as a member of the Alumni Association.
Article II Alumni Council Section 1 - Powers The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Alumni Association and is empowered to undertake and regulate any action of or on behalf of the Association. It shall have all of the powers necessary to carry out the activities of the Association.
