The members equally represented Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma and the six Districts. Before the 1997 National Convention, the Boards of Trustees voted and passed the constitution. The National Alumni Association of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma was created on March 6, 1997, after 3 years of hard work and dedication of the Steering Committee. The first meeting of the NAA general membership was held at the 1997 National Convention. ^Top of Page Structure of the NAA The general control and administration of the NAA is vested in the Board of Directors.
