The names of the scholarships have been changed to reflect the intention of the program. The scholarships are to encourage Aboriginal students to continue their pursuit for a higher education as well as maintaining their involvement in building a stronger Aboriginal community. This scholarship is OPEN to all Aboriginal students including Métis, First Nations, and Inuit peoples in Alberta.
