    Words of Robert Munsch
I feel priviledged to share close relation in words with Robert Munsch, my word glich(not glitch, gray but glich) is related to Robert's word Glach, found in his book about the Great Big Purple, Green and Yellow Fart called good families don't.
Now, why am i reading this book, well my friend David suggested I might like it because i could relate to the main character (not his exact words but pretty much the glich of it.)
Speaking of Glich, I think the character with all the colours is alot like me after a good drink of Milk. Posted by paul at Tuesday, December 12, 2006

Robert Munsch is known by children everywhere. He is one of the most successful and interesting Canadian children's authors, so I was surprised to discover that he was not born Canadian.
He currently has about 35 books in print. My children's favourite was 'Something Good'. Munsch's books have the amazing ability to mesmerize children and adults alike.

Robert Munsch at Bayview Village Chapters
9:30am sharp last Saturday my kids and I were at Chapters, ready to meet Robert Munsch. The show didn't actually start until 11am but my son wanted to make sure he got his latest Munsch book signed. He was so excited to meet the man that wrote so many of his favourites: Mortimer, Smelly Socks, We Share Everything etc.
The show was wonderful! Mr. Munsch called up different kids on stage and made up stories about them. His funny faces and charismatic presence really engaged the children in the audience. He threw in a few classics, Mortimer and I Love You Forever to name a few. I have I Love You Forever at home but I can't bring myself to read it out loud as it makes me want to cry. Lovely book but really chokes me up.
After the show someone wrote in the Child's Life Parent Forum that he had a link to listen to Robert Munsch read his books on-line. Check out it out at www.robertmunsch.com/storytime.cfm

Long-reigning kidlit champ Robert Munsch has taken up a new hobby to fill the three or four weeks between releases of new books of his. According to The Globe and Mail Munsch was orginally intending to build an office/tree fort up there, but those plans were quashed when it was discovered that illustrator Michael Martchenko is afraid of heights. Plus, he would have had to eat a gross worm to gain entry. Email or share this post Filed under: Children's books Authors Similar or related posts:
